TSA
Trinity Student Association.
In 2007 the TSA was established to empower students to effect change at Trinity. The TSA consists of representatives of each class who meet regularly to discuss happenings in our school. Sometimes the TSA fundraise for community groups but often we talk about how we can make positive changes to our school to ensure everyone is included and feels safe and comfortable at school.
The TSA:
- Help others Thinking about
- Look out for people in their class leadership at our
- Remind people what’s right Leadership Day, 2008
- Organise the weekly class meeting
- Listen to class members
- Report class issues to TSA
- Tell class about TSA issues.
Values of the TSA:
- Respect- care and kindness for the people around us
- Safety- the entire school community should feel comfortable coming to school.
- Contribution- we value contribution to the school by being leaders.
- Leadership- to be an example for little kids to look up to. WE want to help and organise things
- Fairness-everyone has a right to have a fair go and be listened to
- Responsibility- everyone has a right to be trusted to do jobs.
- Listening-everyone has a right to be hard and understood so we all have a responsibility to listen and try to understand.
- Inclusion- we try to include everybody and not leave people out.
