St James the Greater was one of Jesus’ first Disciples. He is the patron saint of one of our parish churches, St James' Church in Kent Street, Richmond.
The Richmond Catholic Parish will be celebrating the Feast of St Ignatius (founder of the Society of Jesus) and the patron saint of our church.
We offer prayers for our parish priest, Father Trung Nguyen SJ, who on Sunday 2 July celebrates twelve years as an ordained priest of the Society of Jesus.
As a faith community, we celebrate the feast of The Most Holy Trinity. It is also a celebration of Trinity Primary School, our parish’s primary school situated in Davison Street, North Richmond.
